Do NOT EVER order from this store - no matter how nice the product and/or video (that fooled me!) is online! I order 3 large tabletop glass ornaments that light up for my kitchen island - as shown in the video on the product advertisement. It took MONTHS to get "them". Many MONTHS! And when "they" finally arrived they were NOTHING - I mean NOTHING - like the product that I purchased! CHEAP! They were small cheap plastic tree ornaments with burlap string hangers... OMG - I was so mad. I got scammed! Do NOT order from this company. I didn't bother contacting them - b/c the last thing I need is for them to use my email / phone/ etc to scam me further or steal my identity!!!

I was asked to send an image of the ornaments and the package they were delivered in. I sent the requested items, accompanied by a video that confirmed the items were made of plastic. They sent the following:

I will not be paying for shipping the item back. You need to provide a shipping label at no cost to me, as I have stated multiple times. You sent the incorrect item, and you know this because I sent you pictures, as well as a video, of what you shipped to me. Since you refuse to explain what you mean by 'default currency,' I am moving forward with my financial institution to report accordingly. You sent me items I did not order, and you refuse to refund my money, send the correct items, or provide a return label at no charge to me.

Should be 0 stars. The customer service is terrible. I followed the directions for a return immediately upon receipt because the product I received was nothing like the product pictured. I was told the refund would only be $2 as an opposed to the $35+ I paid (after $17+ in taxes and fees, which is another issue). I have been in an e-mail back and forth for several days with the company, getting nowhere unless you count the refund now being up to $6, and am filing a dispute with my credit card company. I will definitely be reporting this company to all of the appropriate agencies. Steer clear.

Definitely a scam!!! Ordered 3 glass ornaments that light up. They said they were coming from Italy. Kept tracking them for over a month. Finally said they were in the US at customs. When I hadn't heard from the tracking e-mail I inquired and they said they would send out another order asap so I would have them in time. They were plastic and not worth $5.00. Donât order from this store, they show you the final cost, then after you push buy it adds about $12 in shipping after itâs too late. I messaged them minutes after to cancel and they said it was shipped already. Ya right!! After about two months I still have not received my item. Iâve emailed them about 10 times with no response. Theyâll send you a fake tracking, by item has been in Tuscaloosa for about two weeks.

They offered me $6 when I paid over $50. I've emailed numerous times and they will not let me return them. They stated they would let their approval department know and urge them to improve.
Ordered 2 security cameras
Ordered 2 security cameras, spent $40, the cameras I received are not the ones in the advert. The ones I got donât even have an ON/OFF button. Was able to add & connect both, then 1 went offline immediately & no amount of deleting & redoing can get it connected.
Tutorial videos are useless. Trying to reach the company with no luck. The 1 camera that does work is fine during the day, but at night, the glare from the glass on the window only gives you a view of the camera reflection, not the area you want to see, so useless at night.
TIP: Save your time & money. Will TRY and get my money back and return both.
Never received item or my money back!
I preferred back in May, itâs July and I didnât receive my package. The company claims that the items were lost in transit, and this is what they sent me:

As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.
Whatâs more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither.
In this case, we have two solutions for you:
1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund.
I paid shipping insurance, so there is no reason to do anything except send me a new item or refund me everything except the $1.70 I paid for shipping insurance. I told them

Terrible customer service. I ordered kidsâ goggles that never showed. Itâs been over a month. I sent an email to the support email address and was told to call the post office or check with my neighbors. I have no proof of delivery and while they were able to check with the mysterious carrier, I was told to call the post office. Why canât I have the information of the âcarrierâ they âcheckedâ with? Probably because they know following up with the post office is a useless, fruitless waste of time.
