I wanted to recommend, beyond the tool—which is a great asset for my company—the service provided by your team, and especially by Sanjib Deb Roy.

Recruit CRM & ATS solves the problem of managing candidates, clients, and hiring processes across multiple tools and spreadsheets. Before using a platform like this, a lot of recruitment activity tends to be fragmented across email, Excel files, LinkedIn, and different systems, which makes it difficult to maintain visibility and stay organized.

With Recruit CRM & ATS, everything is centralized in one platform. It helps track candidates through the hiring pipeline, manage client relationships, and keep a clear record of all communications and activities. This significantly improves organization and collaboration within the recruiting team.

RecruitCRM should be avoided by businesses in Australia. The system doesnt have native integration with SEEK the largest jobs board in the country. Something everyone would expect.

Despite 18 months of promises we still have no date of implementation of the fix. And now I receive an email saying they have a price hike of 33%.

They justify the price increase on all these great new features of AI which are terrible. Yet the system cant do the basics like bring in candidates who have applied from the biggest Aussie jobs board.

We are beyond disappointed and after 3.5 yrs of use we are in the market for a new system.

Avoid if you are an Australian business.

The positive reviews must be paid or fake. Pricing is geo-based (€1000,- yearly extra if you live in Europe). Also, customer service is sub par/terrible. Enterprise is -not- the full product. If you need add-ons, they will charge you extra.

What I like most about the platform is its numerous helpful features, which make my recruiting work easier, more efficient, and more fun. In addition, the platform and interface are incredibly user-friendly, which makes it easy to navigate and manage our recruitment processes. In addition, my colleagues and I benefit greatly from the excellent customer service and the high level of commitment, enthusiasm, and problem-solving skills of the employees. Highly recommended!

Boolean not working. Cant do a multi word search, like: "Accounting Manager" or it will show all candidates that have "Accounting" and all candidates that have "Manager.
10 business days and still not fixed. This is a CRUCIAL issue and my employees cant do searches and each day I follow up and no resolution.

This has been a fantastic move from Vincere. Pipelines fully customizable. Great client preview page, automations, alerts. 9/10

I’m so happy with the support and the app. I was previously using a in house app for our school's hiring but recently decided to look for alternatives and Recruit CRM did not disappoint.

As easy and user friendly the platform may be, the customer service is really stressful. The time that it takes to respond or implement changes to our system is extremel long and dragged out. If you dont need fast action steps from them its a good app.

Poor customer Support. In order to get an data export it is not able without an active subscription.

I was generally happy with the features and performance of Recruit CRM while I was an active subscriber, but I have encountered a significant issue regarding data access after cancelling my subscription.

The Problem: Recruit CRM requires an active, paid membership to perform a full data export.

This policy appears to be in direct violation of the GDPR Right to Data Portability (Article 20). The law requires that a former customer must be able to receive their personal data, which they provided under contract, in a structured and machine-readable format, and this process must be free of charge.

Forcing a former user to pay for a new subscription just to access and export their own personal data is an unacceptable barrier. It essentially penalizes users for leaving the platform and hinders their legal right to switch providers (data portability).

I have requested a full, free-of-charge data export of my personal data, and if this request is denied based on the "active membership" requirement, I will be compelled to file a formal complaint with the relevant Data Protection Supervisory Authority in the EU.

I strongly advise Recruit CRM to urgently review and correct this policy to ensure full GDPR compliance.

Recruit CRM offers excellent tools for recruiting agencies, with a great combination of personalization, speed, and user-friendliness. It truly helps optimize the recruitment experience from end to end.

What stands out the most is the continuous support the platform provides. We have regular meetings with our dedicated Customer Experience representative, Rafaela De Pieri, who knows the system in depth and consistently helps us adapt it to our specific needs.

Very well-developed and thought-through recruitment system that provides a bespoke solution for all angles of the recruitment business.

It’s a good platform and easy to use. Every now and then it has a few glitches, and the response time for a solution is a bit slow.
