Very disappointed. I purchased two expensive tires for a log splitter. I provided the exact model to ensure compatibility.
However, when I went to install them, it became obvious that they do not fit. 👎

I ordered some rims that I ended up not being able to use. I wasn't able to determine that until I had mounted a tire on one. I went to return them and they hit me with so many fees that I would have ended up getting back 41% of what I initially spent.

The shipping I can see. But the 15% restocking fee on top of all that?

-They paid $36.33 in initial shipping costs.
-They deducted that same $36.33 from my refund plus I am responsible for any return shipping costs.
-They wanted to charge me $ 28.35 in "restocking fees"

Not only will thay have been made whole, but they will have regained the ability to make another $72 off the original product, plus another $28.35 in fees? They'd be better off than they were before they dealt with me!

I would have paid $225.48
I would have pocketed a refund of $93.57
And I would have lost $131.91 with absolutely nothing to show for it.

Customer service must mean something a little different to them.

I'll keep the rims, and they've lost a customer.

Had an odd hub size on an older camper and they had it in stock and I had it the next day! Their customer department is great and super fast shipping!

I ordered 2 wheels and tires for my snowmobile trailer on March 12th received them March 13th with in 24 hours. It doesn't get any better than that. Plus great quality wheels and tires. Best customer service and price on the internet. Definitely will be doing business with them again.

Bought 4 tires, one blew out after one use. Recstuff told me it was my rim . Old tire worked fine on my rim . Will not buy from again.

If you need something for your trailer this is the place! My dad recommended them for components for rebuilding an old boat trailer.

I found an older karavan boat trailer and worked with RecStuff's customer service agents Matt and Salina to get everything I needed.

I had fenders, a new jack, new coupler, chains, and a spare tire mount delivered in 3 days. They had to special order the aluminum wheels and I had those, with tires mounted, in less than 2 weeks.

Horrible customer service. After calling to confirm availability of a part, I placed an order with Selina. The item was to ship that day. After several calls over a weeks time, they chose to cancel the order... After confirming the items were in stock. IMMEDIATELY after canceling the order, they raised the price 615%!!!! Total fraud.

I ordered 2 trailer tire 185/80D13 Thursday 01/27/22 night and they both showed up ON A SUNDAY 01/30/22 by FedEx and exactly what I purchased. I will buy from this place again with no worries, AWESOME PLACE

Very satisfied. Good quality parts, on time delivery.
I had a order of 2 tires and wheels come in with other things and there was only 1 tire and wheel.
After contacting them by email they sent the rest of my order promptly.

Ordered fenders from them for our Fifth Wheel Triple axle. They are no where close to fitting the trailer right (although their website said they would). Asked for Refund and they want to charge us almost 200.00 for freight to get them back. Will never do business with this company again. AWFUL Customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service and value. Part of my order was lost by the carrier. Recstuff sent out replacements very quickly and handled the claim on their end. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
