I didn't at first get my email after purchasing the product and wrote to them and within a short space of time I received the email with the instructions and then another email for help should I need it. The instructions were straightforward and I had no problems installing the product. Would buyh again from this company.

was dubious, download link arrived within minutes, couldnt use it straight away though as was waiting for new pc, downloaded and installed with no problems a week later and been using it with no issues ( had to uninstall the free trial 365 that came with pc} but apart from that no problem at all

I was hesitant to buy it on line especially there are lots of dodgy one and one from Groupon failed after a couple months.
The company emailed the necessary details and product code after payment.
Following the details, I downloaded the software and installed accordingly. It was straight forward and Easy.
The company contacted and followed up to make sure I was happy.
