Fantastic company! Dealt with Michael and Shaun with regards to a bathroom window and they were brilliant. Always quick to respond to messages and keep me updated. Will definitely be using again in the future.

I’m absolutely delighted with my extension. Michael was absolutely fantastic all the way through and managed everything so well….it was seamless and completely stress free for us.
I had an idea of what I wanted but Michael helped us with the design and he took time to make sure we were happy, and didn’t rush us at all. He thought of everything and is so passionate about his job. It took about 7 weeks from start to finish and everyone involved was brilliant… from the bricklayers to the decorator. Michael and his team sorted everything, kept us informed at all times, and gave us great ideas too. I have had so many compliments on how quickly and well it has been done. I cannot thank Michael enough, he goes above and beyond and I completely trusted him with everything. If I was to get anything done in the future I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

All I can say is wow, his level of detail and work ethic is among the best I have come across, from start to finish he kept us updated, provided us with some great ideas, we are so impressed we are going to ask Michael and the team to do some more work for us, highly recommend.

Great company and would definitely use again if needed. Michael was very efficient and kept us well informed about time scales ( even ringing on the day to inform us he was running late).

Michael was superb throughout our whole experience of using his company. He helped us with some great ideas when planning the "new look" for the front of our home. All of his staff were professional and helpful as well as delivering a very high standard of work which exceeded all of our expectations. Nothing was a problem for them. Michael kept in constant contact and his communication was excellent throughout the whole process. They are very reasonable in price compared to the usual better known names out there and a much more personal service. We are extremely happy with the complete transformation they have done for our house and cannot recommend them highly enough

What can I say!!
I can't speak highly enough of Michael & Shaun.
From the 1st meeting to discuss the new roof right through to the finished job the service & workmanship was excellent.
They worked quickly & thoroughly. They cleaned up everyday before leaving & left the site clean & tidy.
I asked for extra jobs to be done & nothing was a bother.
It took under a week for the new roof, electrician & painter to finish the job & all was work was done to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Red4 Developments & I intend to use them for more work & have passed their number onto family & friends.
As the temperature is dropping I am feeling the benefit of my new warm roof. It has transformed my conservatory into a useful room. Their attention to detail is excellent.
Both Michael & Shaun were a pleasure to have working at my home, they were courteous & explained everything in detail.

From start to finish we were kept informed with what was going on and what was going to happen next. the developer even made a what’s app group so we were kept in the loop with everything and any concerns we had was answered immediately.
The quality of our orangery is on another level! Absolutely top notch 👌I thoroughly recommend this company, top workmanship.

Michael and Shaun replaced all our windows and fascias. From start to finish nothing was a bother and with helpful suggestions along the way, and extra add ons from my husband, everything was completed to an exceptional standard. Old windows were removed and any messy tidied up and removed every day. We then needed a new porch, and after discussions with builder Karl and Michael we agreed on what is our wonderful new front of house and everyone who passes by comments on it. Thank you Michael and team for a fantastic job we have appreciated your help, advice and workmanship. Would recommend your company to family, friends and anyone else looking to have work done.

Michael and his team were very professional from start to finish. Our conservatory was rebuilt within a couple of days despite poor weather.
We have had lots of compliments about the standard of the build, and we are very happy with it.

Michael and Shaun did an excellent job fitting our new windows. They were very respectful of our home and even did a couple of extra jobs like cleaning our composite door, which gave it a nice shine and fixing our conservatory doors which were sticking, which they didn’t have to do. Would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new project.
