On Jan 16 I received an email telling me that my FRT for a Ruger 10/22 is eligible for a replacement. I filled out the form asking for the replacement.
When I got it I spent over 2 hours trying to fit it and only got to where one shot would fire. It was grossly oversized.
Late Feb I still had not received my replacement so I enter a chat on your website. I was then told that I needed to return my FRT before a replacement would be shipped. This was mentioned nowhere on the original form.
I mailed my FRT back in the original package in early March. I still have not received a replacement.
I have 3 chats and 3 emails that have provided no help.
I am only giving 2 stars because the FRT I bought for my T X -22 worked perfect.

You asked me for a review but you haven't even shipped it yet !

Ordered my FRT 3 weeks ago and it still says processing. I’ve tried calling many times and only get the automated answering service. Tried texting and it just says it’s still processing. I just want to know an expected shipping date. Are we expected to wait indefinitely? How can I talk to a real person?

Called redacted to see how long the part I ordered will be on back order. Eric Responded within a couple hours with exact information I was looking for. thank you so much. I look forward to ordering more parts from you in the future.

Garbage do not waste your money, they told me the glock frt would work on my glock 19 but it didn't, tried reaching out no one ever replied don't wast your money with these crooks

Not receiving my order. I ordered the Advanced FRT Trigger For GLOCK Pistols from Redacted Industries on Feb 1, 2026. The order is still in "processing". I asked if the product was in stock. No answer. Want to ask to get my money back if that is even an option at this point.
Having since received my order on Feb 23 I promptly installed the trigger on my Glock 26 and I must say the install went flawless. I have yet to test the trigger though but I can't wait.

Dont waste your money this is like the EBT of FRT's. Good luck getting it to work properly. Just save your money and buy a drop in trigger system.

Absolutely love the innovation behind their products everything feels carefully designed and surprisingly sturdy.

The mrs took me a bit of tinkering to get perfect but once dialed in the reset is extremely predictable. No gritty feel or weird drag like I was worried about.

I love ordering from redacted industries. Solid company to do business with and will continue to get my business.

The product TRX1022 did not work. I ordered a second product in a different size to get see if it would work and it didn't work either.

Ordered the TRX1022. It is missing the notch for the bolt catch spring. I called the company and left a message. No one returned my call. I tried the chat bot, which seems by AI. It tried to tell me I couldn't return it "for safety reasons". Obviously programmed to do that. Someone named Erik intervened and asked me to send an email with pictures of the part. He told me something to the effect that customer service was important to them. Sent the email. No response. Sent a follow up email. No response. They have shown a clear disregard for the customer. They should not be supported by the 2A community. I lerned after the fact that there are other vendor selling the same thing for less.

It took a long time for priority service wich I paid extra for and neither of the two types of triggers i got for my glock worked.

Up to date product at a reasonable price!!

I haven't installed the trigger yet , so I can't review how it works

There is excellent quality control. Everything was expertly completed, flawless, and thoroughly examined prior to shipment. They clearly take pride in their production and presentation.
