For sure the best customer service I had so far.

Good customer service, unobtrusive and open for questions as well as giving updates to ensure smooth deliveries.

They actively reach out to their community members and customers, providing many useful resources. When I had questions, the customer support was also quick to respond.
The shipment time from China to Europe was about 3 weeks for me, but I'm not sure how that relates to others' experience.

After asking about the status of my package after it had been about a week without any information, I had a quick, and informative response describing the whereabouts of my item. After continued updates both from the shipping company and the Missterverse customer service member I obtained my package safe and sound and even after they continued to confirm the safe delivery of my package. All in all, the helpful and quick responses from the team was greatly appreciated.

I love Elves very much so, especially elves from Japanese anime. I've purchased onaholes of various kinds and brands from before so I'm quite familiar with them. This MissterVerse Hunter series Rias onahole exhibits the high quality materials that 1 have experience with. It feels nice to the touch, weighty, and pleasant to squeeze.
