Attended a 1 day emergency at work place first aid course. Billie from the British Red Cross in Moorgate London, our trainer made the whole day very enjoyable, fun and interactive. Amongst all the first aid courses that I've attended over the years this was by far the best. Thank you
Attended a one day emergency first aid at work course yesterday at Chichester Park Hotel. I was a little apprehensive before atteneding due to Covid but felt completely safe and confident in the measures put in place. Our trainer Debbie was brilliant. The course was fun, informative and Debbie checked at every stage we all understood and were happy to move on to the next scenario. I can't recommend this course highly enough and look forward to my refresher in three years.
Thank you...
Sorry to be misleading but there was not a option for 0 stars. This needs sorting, Trustpilot!!
Just watched the 'Leave us money to us in your will advert'! Where the woman asks you to leave money "to the Red Cross and Red Crescent" , and all through the advert there are examples of what they do, but only examples of the Red Cross NOT a single one for Red Crescent!! So why should we leave money to them?
And they support the marxist/jihadist blm terrorist group!!
NOT A PENNY!
Shame on them!!
I've recently completed a 2 day First Aid at Work course , really well done and fully took current covid precautions into account. Interesting, informative and engaging, I certainly be booking further training with them.
Just done a refresher course on the 24th & 25th November at Shrewsbury with one of your trainer Julie Scandariato & had a very good experience she was very professional & with only being a small group we all agreed we learned more. Julie also helped us all if we were struggling with anything she kept going over & over it until we & she was happy that we were confident with the procedure very satisfying experience.
Manger not great at all at dealing with problems but you know it is how it is all apart from that great ðððð
Poor treatment during the recruitment process, unlikely to apply again.
These guys ask you to fill out a lengthy application on their website, then have the cheek to ask you to give them an internal review - whilst in the same breath - denying you individual feedback.
If you cannot treat your candidates with respect, why should I have faith in your customer service and professional conduct?
I have been physically disabled since I was 36 and about to hit the big 60. I have been using a wheelchair that I obtained from Ebayð³. It is becoming harder and harder to push. Today I had my first contact with the Great Yarmouth British Cross and the experience was superb. The gentleman who looked after me was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable able. We rented a chair and he advised of a scheme to get a new one. An easy 5 stars.
Gone woke and now supports Marxist BLM racists.
From the Red Cross What-we-stand-for page:
"Impartiality
The Movement makes no discrimination as to nationality, race, religious beliefs, class or political opinions.
It endeavours to relieve the suffering of individuals, being guided solely by their needs, and to give priority to the most urgent cases of distress.
Neutrality
In order to continue to enjoy the confidence of all, the Movement may not take sides in hostilities or engage at any time in controversies of a political, racial, religious or ideological nature."
Yet the Red Cross runs training courses promoting BLM - go see www .redcross.org.uk /get-involved/teaching-resources/black-lives-matter-resources-for-young-people
Not inclusive, partisan, ideological, racist, anti-family, anti-white, anti everything decent...
I don't know how HM Queen can patronise this org unless she supports this nastiness. Maybe it is time for a republic.
Today is day one of my 1st Aid refresher course in worthing.
I cannot fault the trainer at all. She has been amazing, for a change I find myself engaged on a course and dare I say, enjoying it. I look forward to day 2.
Recruiter in London was teaching us to act in front of potential customers to con them over with emotions, he was an actor himself and was telling us to pretend in front of the public by acting
Your staff and volunteers are doing a fantastic job keep up the good work. thank you all recently for my food delivery during these testing times. I really appreciate it!
The Mitcham branch is my favourite shop! Amazing staff and the quality of items that you find here are just incredible! Once weâre out from lockdown, itâs the first shop that Iâd visit! Thank you
Due to a house move and downsizing I had an awful lot of stuff like beautiful hard back books, trinkets clothes and shoe's, nothing was junk - that I took to landfill, the website states donations of clothes books etc, I called them and arranged a collection, a gentleman turned up and was quite polite, but instantly did not want to take books, and wanted me to take them somewhere else, when I said but most have never been read and are unwanted gifts - he claimed they are hardback, they will instantly just be recycled.. I was shocked at how he handled the goods all just thrown in a van, trinkets etc will probably be broken - just complete lack of respect - had it all been junk I would of taken it to the dump - I will never donate again - I'd rather give everything to a car booter.. From the conversation I get the impression the volunteers go threw anything and get first refusal of anything of any worth, Some to the charity shop and the rest to landfill..
Could not recommend more!
These people actually care for their job and as it says they "care for people in crisis".
After running in to some trouble they helped me with it and was literally there for me and my family every step of the way.
The team in Harlow are fantastic!!
thank you all so much.
Had support with aids for the house, very much appreciated and the guys who come out are amazing and helpful. Guys came today to collect the bed and other aids as my mums husband passed away and their level of empathy and compassion was fantastic. Thank you x
Just completed the 3 day first aid at work course in Bournemouth with Alex Boutchier instructing us. It was fun and informative and I would recommend both the course and the instructor to anyone.
Just finished a 3 day first aid at work course in Bournemouth. Alex our trainer was fantastic.. help build confidence and expand knowledge even where sometimes there was some language barriers from some of the group. Alex kept us interested with the topic and made the practical parts fun and informative. He didnât hesitate to answer any questions or insuraties we had, and help us not over complicate the matter at hand.
Thank you Alex. Highly recommended
