Heather was a great trainer, she made learning fun and was very informative. I really liked the teamwork side of the learning and feel there was a good mix of both teamwork and listening. Would recommend! Thank you Heather :-)

Richard from Reading centre was an absolutely fantastic trainer from start to finish. Throughout the three-day course, he was engaging, knowledgeable, interactive, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made the learning experience both enjoyable and effective. He explained everything thoroughly, encouraged participation, and created a really supportive atmosphere. By the end of the course, I felt confident in what I had learned and well prepared to put it into practice. I couldnt not leave him a fantastic review!

I completed the Red Cross 3‑day First Aid at Work course in Nottingham and it exceeded my expectations. Emma & Carla were exceptional instructors. Deeply knowledgeable, incredibly supportive, & brilliant at creating an environment where everyone felt comfortable jumping in & practising. Their enthusiasm made the sessions genuinely fun, which is no small feat for such a serious subject. The combination of expert teaching & active participation meant I walked away feeling confident & well‑prepared. I’m really grateful for the energy and encouragement they brought to the course. Highly recommended.

The teacher for the day was fantastic, informative, humorous, great stories which helped bring situations to life about the things we needed to learn and how we reacted. Really liked his style, it worked well with the group.

I recently completed a first aid course with the British Red Cross and it was absolutely brilliant. The information provided was incredibly useful and practical. My trainer, Tanya Hale, was fantastic; she explained every concept so clearly that everything was very easy to understand. She managed the group professionally and made sure everyone felt supported. I am so pleased I took this course and feel much more confident now. Highly recommended!

well explained with a instuctor that answered any questions an made you feel at ease

I booked this first aid course for babies & children because I just wanted to have better knowledge and skills in case anything ever happened when I was with friends with young children.

The Red Cross sent really clear instructions and it was so easy to get to the right place. The instructor was so knowledgeable and friendly, she really broke the ice.

The course was 4hrs with a lunch break, with good structure and clear content. I really enjoyed it, and left feeling much more prepared. I cannot recommend this more to people.
