I’ve had a book published before with another publisher and although the experience was good Maria Shen and her Red Rock team made my experience fantastic. From day one and all through the process Maria kept me up to date giving me what I know now was great advice. I started with Adam and he was very workable and helped me realize that what I had written was actually worth publishing. He then had me start work with Maria who has been great to work with. She has helped me create my vision for my book into actual print. She's easy to talk to and communication is smooth whether it's on the phone or through email. Due to the time difference (her on the West Coast and I'm on the East Coast), she does what she has to do to accommodate my work schedule so we are able to communicate which I appreciate. First time publishing and they have helped every step of the way. I have self published before, but felt the need to try a publishing company. I was recommended by a friend and was given an amazing project manager named Chris Reed. He helped me not get overwhelmed by my want to complete everything at once. They have a process and help you get through every step in order. Something that I tend to struggle with.
