Was tempted to say thanks but no thanks from the initial call as earlier quotes I had received had been way out of my budget. Deciding to hear them out I am glad I did.
I had absolutely no idea of the various insurance products out there on the market. Turns out there was a much more affordable product available that I had never come across before but ticked all my boxes and at a fraction of the cost. Very knowledgeable team! I asked lots of what most would consider silly questions but was never made to feel an idiot - in fact the opposite. No hard sell at all and given all the time I needed to make decisions. A real down to earth team who I feel actually believe in what they do. Thanks to all at Red Rose.

Exceptional
The service I received was nothing short of excellent! Phil listened and looked into the insurances available and gave me all the options. We discussed the pro’ & cons or each and he left me to make my own decisions without any pressure or pushy sales patter.
Without a doubt, this has been the best service I have received from brokers and alike and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Jordan was great to speak to, felt that he were genuinely looking out for the customer, no hard sell just working for your benefit. Looked for the best insurance to suit the customer, followed up to check all was okay and offered to talk through anything that I was unsure about Would recommend, honest advice patient, and friendly.

I can’t recommend Red Rose Insurance in Blackburn enough! They made sorting my self-employed injury insurance so quick and straightforward. Everything was explained clearly, no pushy sales talk, and the cover I got is amazing value for money. The team were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about finding the right policy for me. I feel so much more secure knowing I’m protected—thank you for such a smooth and stress-free experience! Will definitely be sorting my life insurance with this company

Phil and the team at Red Rose are honest, reliable and very easy to talk to. We have been with them for a few years and have recently taken out a couple more policies through them. I would highly recommend Red Rose who are a breath of fresh air when trying to navigate through the sometimes complicated insurance jargon.
