Had a great experience with Redwood Surveyors. Daniel called me after the inspection to give a quick update on how it went and then we had another call with him once the report had been written and answered our questions. The report was really clear and we found the price to be quite reasonable compared to some other quotes we had got and we are super happy with the service we received!

I’m a first time buyer so new to this whole process and they were excellent all across the board. It was really good value for everything I needed. Great detail about the property. And helped us really understand what we are getting into. So there wasn’t hidden surprises.

The also go the extra mile had 2 separate calls with me over 30 mins long which was his own time. So 100% a great company to work with

The initial contact with Redwood was reassuring and so we proceeded with the survey on our new property which was carried out very shortly on the given date. The survey highlighted issues which would never have been brought to light without the view of Dan's expert eye, which we forwarded to the legal teams of both parties for perusal. Overall, we were very pleaed with the initial report by telephone followed swiftly by e mail. Many thanks to all concerened, and we would not hesitate to recommend Redwood to any future parties.

This was my first time of finding a using a surveyor. I did research into finding a local surveyor and I wasnt disappointed in deciding to use Redwood.
It was easy to book and they did all the sorting and booking with estate agent to complete the survey.
The day the survey was done, I was contacted by phone with any of the main issues of the house and explained what his professional opinion was before the written survey was sent only a few days later.
I was then contacted a couple of days later to ask if we had any questions to which we did , they then kindly arranged a phone call to answer the questions we had.
Even my sellers were impressed with the survey so much so they have asked for the details to contact and arrange their survey.

Organised and reported quickly was easy to read and to understand. Would use them again

Booking and payment was very simple. They did all the background stuff like liaising with the parties to get keys and access.
We paid for the expedited report and it arrived as promised.
We had the Level 3 report and it was extremely comprehensive with plenty of photos to highlight the issues.
I highly recommend this company!

Absolutely brilliant service. They took the time to have a call with me and explain all options. They are very supportive and patient which is needed when you’re trying to balance something stressful like purchasing a property. It was great to have the option of receiving my report in a ‘speedy option’ as well.

Really pleased with our survey from Redwood. Booking was very efficient and we were kept informed of progress at every stage. Daniel rang the next day to discuss the survey and a thorough report was available shortly after. Couldn’t fault the service at any stage and highly recommended.

I used Redwood chartered Surveyors for a level 2 survey on a house that I am purchasing. They were professional throughout and provided a detailed report. We have used Redwood previously. An excellent service. Very professional. Helpful. Managed to arrange a survey for us at relatively short notice due to ongoing pressure from estate agents. The report was most helpful and just what we needed.

Great overall! They gave me a call immediately after my level 2 survey to update me then had the report within 5 days. No complaints and will use again!

From start to finish, couldn’t fault the team and service received from Redwood. The customer service team were always super speedy to respond, then Daniel the surveyor called shortly after the survey to give a brief rundown on the key points, then the full written report arrived a few days later. We have recently had a level 3 survey carried out on a house we are purchasing and I’m very glad we chose Redwood Chartered Surveyors to carry this out for us. They were able to book us in quickly, and prior to the survey date we had a few questions which were always promptly answered, the team are friendly and polite and I felt they went above and beyond to help. The survey itself is thorough and detailed and Daniel Hickman called to go through his report, making sure I had a full understanding of it. I then had some further questions and we had another call to go through those which was arranged promptly and again Daniel really took time to make sure I had all my questions fully answered. I used Daniel and Redwood chartered surveyors for a survey on a property with an unconventional layout. From the beginning the communication was excellent, the report was excellent and the after service was brilliant. Daniel was more than happy to discuss any issues and at no time did I feel rushed . Would recommend highly.
