Honestly i was scared to order after seeing all the reviews online so i did tabby incase i dont get my delivery i ordered 8 perfumes for the price the of 2 offer and i got my delivery in two days, happy with the customer service

Bed experience i did not received 2 orders . Dont pay by visa when you bay enligne . Only pay cash delivery

Worst Experience - Order Not Delivered for Over 1 Month
I placed an order for 6-hour delivery and I have not received it for over 1 month. No delivery, no refund.
Customer care only says "we apologize, we are checking" every time I contact them, but no action is taken.
Very poor and unprofessional service. I feel cheated. I would not recommend ordering from here.

I ordered a bundle offer from the Reef website, but unfortunately, I received only one item instead of the complete bundle advertised online. This is extremely disappointing and feels misleading to customers. Showing a bundle offer online and delivering only one item is unacceptable. Customers trust what they see on the website and expect to receive exactly what they ordered. Reef should take responsibility for this issue and ensure that customers receive the complete products advertised. I hope they resolve this matter and improve their service to avoid disappointing other customers. Order no. #292708805

Absolutely horrible experience.

I ordered four different perfumes 11 days before leaving the country, specifically giving them plenty of time to deliver. Instead, they sent me two identical perfumes, meaning I didn’t even receive the four different products I had ordered.

To make matters worse, they use Aramex as their courier, which was just as incompetent. For an express delivery that was supposed to arrive within 1 or maximum 2 working days, but it took 6 days to arrive. By then, I had already left the country and completely missed my shipment and won't be back until December.

So not only was my order incorrect, but the delayed delivery made the whole situation even worse.

I planned ahead, paid for express shipping, and still ended up without the products I actually ordered. Not to forget their essentially non existent customer support.

Never again.

تجربة سيئة جدًا مع ريف وخدمة العملاء للأسف لا ترتقي للمستوى المتوقع.
طلبت بتاريخ 16 سبتمبر ودفعت عن طريق تابي، وحتى الآن لم يصلني الطلب. قدمت شكوى رسمية، وهم يذكرون أن معالجة الشكاوى تتم خلال 48 ساعة، والآن أكملنا 5 أيام بدون أي رد أو حل.

تواصلت معهم عبر الواتساب، الإنستغرام، والاتصال الهاتفي، وتابعت أكثر من مرة، ومع ذلك لم أجد أي شخص قادر على حل المشكلة.

من غير المقبول أن يدفع العميل ثم يضطر لملاحقة الش
ركة عبر جميع قنوات التواصل فقط ليعرف أين طلبه.

للأسف، بعد هذه التجربة لا أنصح بالطلب منهم، وسأقوم بتحديث هذه المراجعة في حال تم حل المشكلة

The worse experience i had so far shopping online, i place order on 1st oct early morning hoping i will receive it before my flight on 6th oct, when i placed order it mentioned express delivery on my invoice which is 1-3 hour for major cities such as makkah but its 4th October today and my order is not even shipped yet let alone 1-3hour delivery time period. Their customer service is so pathetic like bot is answering your messages, no helpful responses, i wonder how this company survived with this behavior towards their online customers. I have a flight on 6th oct what am i suppose to do now my orde is already paid.

Customer service was very very bad disappointed still I am struggle my refund already 11 days finish still they will not give any proper answer to me don't make reef perfume order official application reef if you want to you perfume use even temu is good compare to official application reef they will give proper answer and good service take very serious action about reef perfume service they make is camp scam there is buy one get three free but I receive only one perfume 11 days done but still I will not receive remaining perfume or refund everyday I send message they said relative team on work your order still no solution they will not resolve my issue

الاهمال وعدم المصداقية والتاخير ، الطلب موجود في الموقع انه توصيل سريع قبل ما اسوي الطلب ، بعد ما تدفع ويضمنون انك دفعت يتحول الي توصيل قياسي من تلقاء نفسه بدون حتى ما يشاوروك او يسالون اذا يناسبك ان الطلب يتاخر ، لان اساسا انا لو بعرف انكم هتسوون مثل هذه الحركه ما كنت تعاملت معكم نهائياً، الشئ الثاني التبلد والبرود في خدمه العملاء وهذا اذا قامو بالرد من الاساس لان هذه لا تعتبر خدمه عملاء ولا تعرف شئ عن خدمه العملاء انه ترسلهم ويجون بعد يوم او وقت ما يجيهم مزاج للرد يرسلون لك رساله ويختفون وشوف اذا بيردون عليك مره ثانيه ولا لا انت وحظك ، الشئ الثالث انه اذا صبر العميل علي هذا البرود والاهمال والتاخير .. يجيك الطلب مختلف عن ما طلبت 282970245 والشكوي تجاهلوها ايضا 2615129 ، ولا يردون ويخربون مزاجك انه تفضل تلاحقهم عشان يغيرون لك منتج وتتواصل بالنهار والليل ، لييييش انا اجيب لحالي وجع الراس ادفع فلوس وارجع ادور حول نفسي اشوف مين يرضي عني ويشوف ابسط حقوقي انه يعطيني طلبي مثل ما طلبت يعني ،

Perfume is good but don’t purchase online. Very bad delivery service and also very bad customer service. They assured 5 days for delivery when placed the order but now it’s been around a week. They haven’t give any updates and they no have any idea when will delivery

I placed an order with Reef Perfumes on September 2nd after being promised delivery within 4–5 business days. Over a week passed with zero updates or shipment.
When I finally managed to reach customer support after continuous effort, they gave me an ultimatum: wait another 7 days or receive a refund. When I asked for clarification on when the refund would actually be processed, they provided no concrete timeline. I reluctantly agreed to give them the extra 7 days to deliver, but since then, communication has completely ceased.
To make matters worse, attempting to track my order on their website now returns an error message, and my inquiries on their social media channels are actively being deleted rather than addressed.
Taking payment, failing to deliver goods within the promised window, breaking tracking links, and deleting customer feedback instead of providing support is unacceptable. I am currently filing cross-border consumer complaints with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and initiating a bank chargeback for unfulfilled services. Avoid purchasing from this store if you expect reliable delivery or accountable support.

This is one of the most disgusting experience of ever received here in Dubai I ordered my perfume on 29th Aug until today 10th September i didn’t receive my package. They keep on sending me funny messages that I received my order this week and it never arrives. Please do not order from this company coz u will face delays and scam

I can’t comment much on their retail services, but my experience with their online customer service, order processing, and shipping has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an online order 7 days ago, but there is no proper way to track the shipment, and the website simply shows the order as “Completed” even though I haven’t received it. I followed up with customer service throughout the week, but each time I was told that “the team will get back to you.”

After waiting 7 days, I was given the option to either request a refund or wait another 7 days for the order. What’s even more frustrating is that they couldn’t clearly confirm when the refund would actually be processed or received.

The entire online ordering, shipping, tracking, and customer support process has been poorly handled. If you’re considering buying from them online, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Definitely not a good online shopping experience.

Very bad experience.. in beautiful holy place u scammed me and charged me extra which Allah rewards u in sha Allah..I went to one of branches in medina that man called his self mangers of the branch refuse to take my order and refuse to help me and advice me to go back Makkah return there .. what a stupid person he is .. I have a video and picture as well to expose him..dnt buy it again

The worst experience ever, I ordered online; I can’t follow up or do anything with the order! So difficult to contact them, not replying to the messages, I forced to call them internationally twice, everyone is telling me different answers! Horrible, I regretted that I ordered from them. And, when I write my opinion on social media, they deleted it!

Ordered on 28th July, received on 3rd August via COD in UAE. 100% original perfumes (Reef 33 White, Black, Arab Obaya) with great packaging and solid deal!

Worst Experience ever, Worst Experience Ever – Extremely Disappointing
This is not my first time ordering from them, but this has been my worst experience by far.
I placed and paid for my order online, only to be told later that one of the items was sold out. I contacted customer service and agreed to replace it with another item that was confirmed to be available. Despite that, it has now been three weeks, and I still haven't received my order.
What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Every time I reach out, I receive the same generic apology or an automated response, with no clear explanation, no realistic update, and no effort to actually resolve the issue. It feels like no one is taking responsibility.
The delays are unacceptable, customer support has been extremely poor, and the overall service has been incredibly disappointing. A company should value its customers by being transparent and responsive, especially when they have already taken payment.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I have lost confidence in ordering from them again and would not recommend their service.
