Withdrawal disput
On 16/6/26 I made a request of $1000, on the 18/6/26 my request was declined as I needed to prove my residency and also a bank statement, I was not notified of that as I had enuired about my withdrawal was when I was told. On same day I sent in my residency and bank statement and q request for $900 instead of $1000 withdrawal. It was on the 25/6/26, 7 days later my residency and bank statement was varified, I had also asked if there were any other further information needed and was told my withdrawal is getting processe. Every second day I would enquired about the status of my withdrawal and the all all I got from their online "specialist" was it is getting processe or needs to be investigated on, last 5 days the agents reply was I needed to submit my proof of residency and bank statement and after asking to be put through their supervisor my chat came to an end. On 2/7/26 I received an email from their finance department asking when I had open my bank account, 1. What is the relevance of when I open my account to wanting my winnings 2. Back on 25/6/26 after they had told me all documentation was varified and I asking if there was any other further information, they told me my withdrawal is getting processe. Today is the 11/7/26 and in 6 days it will be 1 month to the day I made my request to withdraw my winnings and still yet to receive. I had opt out of any bonus tire to my deposit and won the $900 without any bonus. I don't know who I can turn to for help, sending email to their finance department with almost 20 emails and no reply.
