Me han encantado el conjunto deportivo que tienen, ya que es flexible, se amolda al cuerpo mostrando una figura del cuerpo bastante esbelta. Merece mucho la pena!!

J'ai commandé sur leur site une ceinture de force pour un anniversaire.
Carte débitée, "Order confirmed" avec un accusé de réception par email.
Au bout d'une semaine, pas de nouvelles alors j’ai envoyé un premier mail au support.
Une semaine plus tard, j'ai renvoyé un second mail, car je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle du précédent.
Finalement, à la fin de cette semaine, j'en envoi un 3eme en demandant un remboursement, car insatisfait du service et l'anniversaire en question étant passé.
Actuellement 4 jours plus tard depuis ce dernier mail et plus de 3 semaines depuis la confirmation de ma commande, je n'ai toujours reçu aucune réponse a mes 3 mails alors même qu'ils assurent les traiter et répondre dans un délai de 24h !

110€ dans le evnt, je vais me rapprocher de ma banque, j'aurais vraiment du checker trustpilot avant d'acheter !

Hi! I placed my first order with REEVA at the beginning of December for a Christmas gift. Everything arrived on time and I couldn't be happier with the quality! I liked it so much that I'm going to place another order for myself!

Super achat, j’ai du le retourner car trop petit et malheureusement il n’y a pas de retour pris en charge mais l’équipe a envoyé la bonne taille très rapidement après les avoir contacté !

After a small misunderstanding, I was incredibly well assisted by the Reeva team. Their service was fast, friendly, and professional. Thanks to their help, I received the right belt size in no time and it fits perfectly! This just proves that a little patience really pays off.

I regret not reading these reviews prior to placing my order. I ordered the Buffalo Leather Lifting Belt (10MM) in Sept last year - although initially getting good use of the product, enjoying the quality of the belt itself and competing with it, the pin for the buckle kept dislodging.

I initially thought this might be a rare occurrence, as one in every couple of hundred products is bound to be faulty with any company, but it is evident that quality is a recurring issue here.

I raised a ticket with the customer support team close to 3 weeks ago as the belt is now unusable, and I have not yet received a response, despite continued efforts to contact them by phone and email. My training has been disrupted and I’m not long out from my next competition, so I must now, unfortunately, find another brand that hopefully holds higher regard for their customers.

I (generously) scored 2 stars due to the quality of the leather itself - but make no mistake, the flaws in their products and lack of care for their customers far outweigh the minimal benefits. I’m very disappointed.

Produit jamais reçu et le vendeur répond pas. J’ai fait l’erreur de ne pas vérifier sur Internet, il semble coutumier de ces faits.

Ho effettuato un acquisto nel mese di marzo. Dopo aver constatato la necessità di effettuare un reso, ho provato più volte a contattare il supporto clienti, senza ricevere alcuna risposta. A causa della totale assenza di assistenza, sono stato costretto ad aprire una controversia tramite PayPal.

Solo dopo l’apertura della pratica ho finalmente ricevuto una risposta da parte loro, e ho potuto procedere con la spedizione del reso, seguendo tutte le istruzioni ricevute. Tuttavia, nonostante il pacco sia stato correttamente restituito (non è stato neanche mai aperto con video di prova), mi è stato comunicato che non è stato ricevuto nulla. Inoltre il reso è stato a mio carico.

Questa situazione va avanti da circa un mese e mezzo e, ad oggi, non è stata ancora trovata una soluzione.

Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da questo sito: se doveste riscontrare problemi con i prodotti o aveste bisogno di assistenza post-vendita, rischiate di dover affrontare tutto da soli.

Order was placed on 10th April. I emailed on 19th April because it hadn't still arrived, and was optimistic when I receive a reply the following day apologising for the delay and saying it would be shipped on 22nd April. Today, 29th April, with nothing received, plus no reply to two further emails and the link from my order now showing a 404 error, I'm suspecting that either the company has gone down or it was a scam trader in the first place.

If this company is still trading, I strongly recommend you AVOID it.

UPDATE [17.5.2025]:

Within 12 hours of posting the above review, I received an email from Reeva Support, apologising for the delay, assuring me they would "try to have [my] order delivered this week" and asking me to remove my Trustpilot review.

I explained I would amend it once I had received my order.

That was 19 days ago.

Since then, zippo. I've sent two further emails (asking for a full refund in the second one) but received no reply to either.

A company that responds almost immediately to a negative review, but fails to honour its orders or provide adequate customer support is DEFINITLY TO BE AVOIDED.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

Ontzettend goed geholpen, ik heb tot 2 keer over nieuwe kneesleeves gekregen omdat ze kapot gingen. Uiteindelijk een maat groter gekregen. Zonder moeite zijn ze opgestuurd en kreeg ik het binnen 2 dagen binnen. Top service!!

Ich habe mehrmals geschrieben dass ich einen kaputten defekten Gürtel bekommen habe und ich NUR mein Geld zurück will !! Was machen die ? Genau schicken mir wieder ein Gürtel zu

My 120 euros order from 2 weeks ago hasn't even been shipped. Customer service won't respond.
There is no e-mail address or phone number.
I've been scammed and I can do nothing about it.

Op 8 januari wrist wraps besteld. Pas na 10 dagen, na twee pogingen tot contact, werd er een verzendbevestiging opgestuurd. Met daarbij een mail dat mijn kleur was uitverkocht en ze zo vrij waren een (totaal) andere kleur te zenden. Na reactie dat ik deze niet wil hebben en graag wil retourneren omdat ik elders andere had besteld, ontving ik een bericht dat ze wederom andere zouden opsturen met daarbij een goedmakertje. Dit is niet nodig gezien ik al andere heb, tot op heden geen bericht meer terug ontvangen. Dramatische klantenservice dit.

Currently waiting for an order for more than a month. Costumer service is unhelpful and don’t want to refund the amount. First and last order. Deeply regret ordering from them

Two weeks ago I placed an order. Unfortunately I want to return one of the products. The FAQ on the website tells me to follow a link to start the return process by filling in the order number and zip code. But the link redirects you to a standard contact form and when trying to contact the Customer Service for returning a product they won't repond.

How is it possible to return a product when the customer service won't respond ?!!

Very unhappy with this company, they dispatched my order but the address they used was incorrect and certainly was not the one I supplied to them. I received an email today informing me that my order had been returned to the company. The item was for a Christmas present which I very much doubt will arrive in time now. Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered and I wouldn’t have bothered

Comprei um cinto para o ginásio e, para minha surpresa, recebi uma fantasia mexicana. O número de rastreio correspondia ao pedido, mas o artigo entregue era completamente diferente.

Foi uma experiência frustrante, e agora tenho de lidar com o processo de troca, o que vai consumir mais tempo do que deveria. Esperava maior cuidado e atenção aos pedidos.

Não recomendo, pois o serviço demonstrou falta de organização. Isso, a menos que se trate de fraude, considerando que o item enviado não tem qualquer relação com os artigos disponíveis no site.

Edit: Problema foi resolvido prontamente pela Reeva.

I purchased a gym belt, and to my surprise, I received a Mexican costume. The tracking number matched my order, but the item delivered was completely different.

It was a frustrating experience, and now I have to deal with the return process, which is going to take more time than it should. I expected greater care and attention to orders.

I do not recommend this service, as it showed a lack of organization. Unless this is outright fraud, considering that the item sent has no relation to any of the products listed on the website.

Edit: Reeva quickly resolved the problem by sending a new one.

Am Montagmorgen, den 28. November d. J. bestellt. Und einen ganzen Tag eher, am Donnerstag, den 7. November habe ich endlich meinen Büffelleder-Gewichthebergürtel mit verstellbarer Schnalle (10MM) aus den Niederlanden erhalten. Auf den Kontaktformular reagierte zunächst der Support nicht. Doch ein paar Tage später hatte ich aufgrund von Fehlen meiner Versandbestätigung, den Inhaber vom Unternehmen Reeva persönlich über seine offizielle E-Mail Adresse kontaktiert auf die ich eine freundliche Antwort von ihm erhielt. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und reibungslos, denn es wurde auf all meine Fragen eingegangen und gesorgt, dass ich meine Bestellung zeitig erhalte. Meinen Gewichthebergürtel habe ich gestern beim schweren Beintraining eingeweiht und bin von der Wertigkeit, Stabilität und dem Tragekomfort restlos begeistert! Das Produkt ist in hoher Qualität handgefertigt, sodass ich diese nicht nur riechen, sondern auch an meinem Rumpf fühlen kann. Vielen herzlichen Dank!
