My visit to this store today was a nice experience. The staff were most helpful. I asked them to show me simple vapes for an elderly person. I came away satisfied with my purchases.

Same to be making a lot of excuses I'm not the only unhappy customer and as I told ur store manager my battery were bought in your store with my previous drag e cig no problem takin people's money just have a problem giving back when things don't work will never be back and will advice family and friends the same thanks for ur unhelpfulness

Transparent information on website, extremely quick delivery

Staff were friendly, and seemed like a good deal with 4 bottles for £10. They are unusable, hardly any fruit taste and tastes mostly like household cleaner. I was sick after using one of the flavours. I guess it's my bad for not trying before I buy, but I'll probably have to bin the lot as they are totally unusable.

On another note the store has been great, regularly use them for disposables. Just a shame the liquids taste nothing like them!

This company is fantastic I order online and with in couple days my order arrives. Also anytime you email them they do all they can to resolve any issues.

no problems with refill station,,in saying that I have had a few tubes of e-juice awkward to open and with the spout stuck inside the cap of the tube and its a job trying to get the spout out of the cap and fixed back onto the tube,
