I have contacted them via email, but they have not responded. Their support is very slow.
They should respond immediately to messages, especially from publishers.

I get weekly spam ad mails from Louis Bialek. According to his mails, the company is located in Hamburg. I just reported this company to the Bundesnetzagentur as these spam mails are prohibited according to § 7 UWG.

Très dessus de publisher.refinery89 apres un démarchage, apres avoir demandé si il y avait une possibilité des faire un essai cela ma été accordé mais le gros problème c'est les conditions de l'essai, que je n'ai su qu'après !!! versement à partir de 250€.

This company sent me many unsolicited emails regarding "advertising potential" of my blog.

These emails (4 in the span of less than 12 weeks) have never been answered by me but the sales representative Louis Bialek keeps sending similar mails.

That is very annoying and a waste of my time

Wij werken nu zo'n 1,5 jaar samen met Refinery. In eerste instantie waren wij wat sceptisch, omdat wij wel vaker zijn benaderd door partijen die advertenties wilden plaatsen op onze website. Dit ging echter nooit goed en als je contact probeerde op te nemen, kreeg je nooit snel of gewoon nooit een reactie. Bij Refinery hebben we een eigen contactpersoon. Pascalle reageert altijd binnen een uur en lost vrijwel altijd snel onze problemen op. Ook weet ze direct te schakelen met haar technische collega's als het probleem wat lastiger op te lossen is. Het is heel fijn om zo op de hoogte gehouden te worden! Het eerste jaar hadden wij ook maandelijks even contact met Pascalle om alle resultaten door te nemen.
