I previously purchased Starchem paint stripper on EB-Y. It's the only paint stripper that I could find that works like it's 'old skool'. It's no longer sold on eb-y; I suspect it's been classified... もっず芋る

Cannot fault this company in anyway. Abby was extremely helpful and following her advise and colour check I placed an order. This was well packaged and arrived within 24 hours. Just need some fine day... もっず芋る

Refinish Systems Ltd has been established since 1991, when it was opened by Gary and Maurice. Refinish Systems specialise in the supply of paint and associated products at competitive prices to the refinishing industry. We are a small, family run business that are based in Yeovil, Somerset. We have grown and developed considerably over the years, constantly adapting, diversifying and learning about the new products which continually come onto the market. The Company has embraced new technology in the refinishing industry, being able to supply waterbased paint schemes, the latest sprayguns and everything else a bodyshop would need, with support and advice from the trades leading suppliers and manufacturers. Refinish Systems Ltd prides itself on its level of customer service and strives to meet customers requirements for their businesses. All customers receive the same high level of service, regardless of the size of their business. It is important to build relationships with customers to enable us to promote them with the most effective products for them, combined with the service and prices they have come to expect from Refinish Systems Ltd.

Excellent Colour Match Service

Excellent colour match service and preparation of rattle cans that will enable me to complete a small repair to classic car. Great service and excellent product knowledge from staff.

bad courier

good product but bad courier the worst experience ever from a courier. tracking rubbish and didn't even deliver on day they said. got me out of bed early next morning

Unfortunately due to the pandemic, FedEx sometimes run out of time for deliveries which is out of our control unfortunately, but we apologise for the delay.

Hi Robert,
Just to let you know we are now using DHL for shipping.
We have taken on board the review from our customers and have changed curriers.
DHL take images of the delivery and give better time slots.

Colour match is appalling

Colour match is appalling. I have since been informed that this particular BMW colour has 7 variations, Refinish Systems should have notified me of this at point of order, which would have saved me considerable time and inconvenience.

Email responses from them are dismissive and unhelpful.

I have since found a professional company able to supply an exact match.

Two points of note;

You did mention the supply of an alternate shade. I requested more information about this, you did not reply. You conveniently leave this from your response.

Yes, you did say that there are 4 different shades, it is the company that have managed to match my original paint who told me that there are 7. At no point in my review do I state otherwise.

Great service & website

Great service from start to finish. The website is so easy to order from & my items arrived on time the next day. Highly recommended.

Sent the wrong colour.

I emailed them a few times. No reply. I called. Unhelpful. Not worth the bother.
