I am a legal family law consultant in Nottingham often based at home. This can be isolating and whenever I have an IT road block my instinct is to panic. However I know that the guys at Reformed IT will always pick up my call and help me there and then no matter what time. There's never any job too much for them and I can honestly say they will go over and beyond for any of us at the Firm. I have called them a lot lately and they have not lost patience with me. Will was extremely helpful when my Outlook stopped working following a recent update. He tried several different fixes, patiently talking me through each step and explaining what was happening along the way.

When these solutions didn’t resolve the issue, he arranged a time that was convenient for me to take over my computer. He then uninstalled all the Microsoft packages and reinstalled them, which resolved the problem.

I really appreciated Will’s patience, clear communication and willingness to work around my availability. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Had an issue with a macro that was set up prior to Reformed being our IT support. Will was amazing, his determination and doggedness to resolve this issue was a refreshing change and needless to say after a few hours of looking into this, he managed to resolve the issue which has saved me a lot of time as I am not having to do this manually every time. Wish there were more people with his integrity.
