Want a review before doing anything, literally 1 hour after signing up! Always thought you needed to do something to earn anything. This is no different. Do better

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling disappointed.

Our onboarding process is designed to ensure we have the necessary authority to assess and, where appropriate, progress a potential claim on your behalf. During sign-up, we clearly explain that by completing the process you are instructing Sandsford Law to act for you, and we provide our Terms of Business, including full details of our No Win, No Fee arrangement.

We also offer a 14-day cooling-off period, meaning that if you change your mind within 14 days of signing up, you can cancel your instruction without charge. If you no longer wish to proceed with our firm, we would be more than happy to cancel any potential claims in accordance with your instructions. Simply let us know, and we will arrange this for you promptly.

Our cancellation process is straightforward and is fully explained in our Terms of Business, which are provided during the onboarding process.

Following your review, our Operations Manager, Elizabeth, attempted to contact you to discuss your concerns and answer any questions, but unfortunately was unable to reach you.

We would genuinely welcome the opportunity to speak with you, answer any questions you may have, and resolve any misunderstandings.
