Thank you Alex today Regis Golden Square Warrington, Sunday 10th October wonderful revamp of my tired looking hairstyle and colour I needed to tone my hair down for Autumn winter from a very light blond to a more warm and rich colour! Always a bit nervous but the colour is amazing really like the change thank you! Now look surprisingly younger than I did always a bonus! Thank you again always a pleasure to see you. You work very hard deserve your review.

Wow where do I start?!

So online store, I sent an email asking about a product I used to buy, if it was still stocked and if not then is there anything similar I could purchase - the email responses are as follows. Regis: "Unfortunately, we cannot advise you about stock replenish." Me: "So you don't know what you sell... Most retailers know what they sell and have the basic ability to recommend other products if that one is not available. It's called customer service, you might want to look into that." Regis: "Dear Sir, There is no need to be so aggressive and rude in your responses to my team. The guest care team cannot advise on product information we support customer orders and service level complaints. Further emails will not be responded to." Me: "No-one's being aggressive or rude, but you should certainly check your attitude at the door. FYI, I'm not a man, so calling me Sir is quite a rude assumption and you are selling hair care, your core market would be females - clearly you have absolutely no idea who you retail to. No response required - it's quite obvious queries are too difficult for you to handle. I'll happily spread the word for people to shop elsewhere." Regis: "Please refrain from continuing to contact the team. The guest care team cannot advise on product information we support customer orders and service level complaints. Further emails will not be responded to" Me: "You already said you were refraining from responding. Are you unable to control yourself and follow through with anything you say?" - Handbags and hissy fits with Regis!

My firs time visit to Regis in corporation st Birmingham was nothing less than a perfect experience. I first called in for a patch test as I was new to Regis and wanted full colour. In more than forty years of highlights and colouring no hairdresser has ever achieved the colour I wanted, regardless of showing them pictures. PAULO, congratulations- you were my first !!! My patch test was carried out by Paul, a delightful gentleman with excellent customer service skills who then introduced me to Paulo who chatted with me about my exact requirements, and booked me in for the treatment. On arrival I was greeted by a very pleasant lady called Laura who was pleasingly chatty and welcoming. When my hair was done I was likened to Diana Dors! by those in the salon. Please me as it did, I hope they were referring to her in her younger, slimmer days! But nevertheless, putting her aside, I could not have been treated better than if I was royalty. I didn't feel my hair being pulled or tugged once (which I have endured at most other salons, many times). I was handled with care by someone who is not just in a job, but in his vocation. I could tell that he has a real passion for what he does. Thank you Paulo, for achieving the colour of my dreams. Given this treatment, I'll not hesitate to return again and again. Thank you all.

DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a number of items online, ordered extra items to qualify for free next day delivery. The delivery took 4 days and when it arrived it was incomplete. I then chased the missing items over 2 more weeks - they have apparently been sent out but there’s no sign. Appalling customer service - I was informed that the second parcel is not their responsibility and that I should liaise directly with DPD. To date they still have my money, I do not have all the items I paid for and I cannot get a sensible answer from customer service.

Paid £10 deposit online for an appointment and when I turned up they were 45 minutes behind. I didn’t have the time to stay and asked for a refund. Told I’d get it automatically. Weeks have gone by and now I’m getting told I can’t get a refund for an appointment I cancelled. Terrible customer service.

Do Not Go Here

Hairdressing is terrible here. The hairdresser completely ignored what I asked for. I asked for a trim and she cut at least 3 inches off. She was meant to straighten it, but it is completely frizzy. Avoid here.

Completely awful and rude staff!!!!!

Regis, Birkenhead pyramids. Absolutely awful!!!!!! Had my hair done here couple of years back and still waiting for refund that was promised to me by head office. I booked in for a colour and cut and blow with the head of directors. I arrived at my appointment and all seemed well, Slight messing around even though it was all quiet but otherwise fine. I was not given the head director but a normal stylist and then was told the head director doesn’t do colour, just the cut and blow at the end. I was still charged head director prices and paid over £200. I discussed what I wanted with the young blonde girl which was a shadow root on my already platinum blonde hair to make it a bit more natural looking. We decided on a nice subtle brown shade. When she started she was taking sections of my hair and painting 5 inches from my root down to my ends all underneath. I thought this was odd and questioned it but she assured me it would look lovely and it’s what I wanted. I was polite and calmly waited until she finished. She washed, blew and cut my hair. It looked okay, More brown than I wanted and a lot darker than we had agreed on but thought it would be ok. Oh how I was wrong! When I got home and put my hair up later that evening to wash my face, The gravity of what she had done hit me. Majority of my hair was a dark brown with 2 inches of platinum ends, Not what I asked for and she had not done it to the very top half of my hair, so my hair at the time would cover the bottom. I looked like a skunk!! Blonde stripe of hair at the top and the rest dark brown with 2 inches of blonde ends. It was completely awful! I could never wear my hair up again in public!! She took advantage of my trust in her and me being on my phone the rest of the time answering emails. I called to discuss what had happened and was ignored. So I contacted head office and they made an appointment for me to see the manager of the Birkenhead Regis salon. Head office informed me that this would be sorted if I went to the appointment and a refund issued. I arrived at said date and time. I was ushered upstairs and was immediately questioned like I was in an interrogation room. I explained what I asked for and what had happened and was informed that nothing can or would be done and I was not entitled to a refund either!! I explained that I was in fact entitled to a refund and once again explained what happened once we were downstairs as the manager was trying to usher me out quickly. I wasn’t rude in any way, shape or form and calmly stated that head office said I would be getting a refund once I explained and showed my hair which even a passerby was able to tell it was ruined. She shouted at me and said “your just after money aren’t you” I was beyond appalled and very upset. The girl behind her who had ruined my hair just looked at me and smirked and it was then that I knew it had been done on purpose. Why? I have no idea but two years on and yes I have given it this long and been patient due to COVID, I am still waiting for my refund!! I still have all pictures and I am now going to sue for damages etc as well as my refund. Absolutely disgusting!! Do not go!! You will regret!!

This is scam

This is scam. Ordered on the 10th Aug and ordered a shampoo and conditioner Paid additional £5.99 for the next working day delivery but didn't receive conditioner. None of the numbers provided on google are not accessible (024) 7684 0300, 02083920225 . They use Klarna for payment method so you can't just pay for goods - they use this ''pay later'' plan that I never wanted. Out of order. Absolute scammers . Klarna assistant gave me number they have to Regis -07746840365 - obviously dead

Awful company, bad customer service


Ordered for the first time from Regis salon uk on the 4th Aug and ordered a trio pack of shampoo, conditioner and hair masque. Paid additional £5.99 for the next working day delivery as I was going away on the 7th. Received an email 2 days later stating the items would arrive on the 9th Aug. Had to rearrange delivery due to being away and emailed the company with no response. Ended up tweeting them on twitter which they replied they would look into the matter. I did not receive my full delivery refund. There customer service is non existent and they provide the ultimate crap service to customers Will NEVER order from this company again and would recommend to anyone to stay well clear of them too unless they want poor service.
One star is far to nice but they deserve 0 stars.

Braehead Salon Shocking Customer Service

I have just rang the Braehead branch to ask a question and the customer service was appalling. The assistant actually said I haven’t a scoobie. I asked to check the price of something and she said well what is the price online. I wanted her to check she had it in store and check same price as online. All I got was I think so, I don’t know and I HAVE NOT GOT A SCOOBIE. I will have nothing to do with this company as I am shocked at the service. This took place Sunday 11th July at approx 4.40 pm

So have to laugh at this one

So have to laugh at this one! My dear old 75 year old Dad went to Cribbs Mall pottering about on his mobility scooter today and thought he’d get his 10 hairs on his head tidied up.
Now I have just been putting the clippers over his head during lockdown so that’s all he expected the salon to do- maybe £10 to help an older person out but no £23!!! 😂😂🙊
Wow imagine if I’d charged him the same! (Not that I charged anything)
Shame on you Regis not helping someone out that’s been shielding for a very long time.
Profits over kindness.

Bought GHD straighteners.
Regis Salons "UKguestcare" are most unhelpful, downright rude and to top it off, utterly uncaring.
Cannot be bothered to write proper replies they just send snippets from Regis website, even when those extracts show that it is they who should be taking action not the manufacturer. Every opportunity taken to pass issues on to other firms, finally they just stopped replying. Zero help given and have ensured that we will never ever shop at Regis groups again.
Thankfully GHD are a good company to deal with but should know that Regis are actively costing them money.

Good to be back!

Visited the Regis Salon at Merry Hill Dudley today. Excellent and professional service as always and I felt very safe with their measures to lessen Covid 19 problems. PPE in place for customers and staff, limited customer numbers, screens between stations, cleaning after every customer etc...yet still a very friendly place to visit, and as ever, I was welcomed and well looked after by my regular stylist. Good to be back in a hair salon, and a good salon to be back in!

I ordered a Wella Conditioner from this company, but was supplied with an inferior product which differs in quality and fragrance to the genuine product. When I examine the packaging further, I can see some differences to the genuine product, which leads me to believe the product supplied is not genuine.
Their Customer Services have been unhelpful, advising me to take this up with the manufacturer. I will be contacting Trading Standards.

Misleading prices. Rip off

Good service completely overshadowed by rip off feeling. They advertise a price outside the shop and then charge something else inside once the cut is done. Complete rip off. They should be made to tell you in advance what the charge will be or remove the misleading advertising material.

The salon has nailed hygiene during this pandemic. Everything was sterile and clean which made their customers feel safe. I would recommend visiting this salon. Inez Brown

After been a very loyal customer

If I could less then one I would for mops / Regis hairdressers
I received a email saying book on line for reopening after COVID 19 so on the opening of bookings at 9 am I booked highlights and a cut and finish I received my email all in place ,
I have been a customer for 20 years every 8 to 9 weeks paying £150 to £200 even when a staff member said I’ll do your hair at home I said no I’ll support the salon I’m a manager and know what it’s like to keep a business going so I would support that
I rang a 3 days before appointment to check I didn’t need to come in earlier with the Poe needing done first
I was told in a Flippant way we have no time to do your hair the stylist has left I said I know this and she said I would be seen by another member of staff
He said no we haven’t got time I said my booking has been in for three weeks was anyone going to call no try Fenwick
I was in shock the way I was been spoken to after all I have paid and the length of time I have supported the salon
I rang Fenwick told them my problem and they said only half head and cut was available better then nothing so I booked
Second big mistake I went early as only booked me two hours 15 mins I asked for top colourist it was the worst experience she seemed unsure on everything from how to do this colour I use a high lift colour and a darker toned one it was bleach washed off after only 10 mins as they where in a rush to finish my hair normally takes 40 mins with heat I said can I have a toner this was splashed on the top of my head I think only purple shampoo rinsed off
I could see it was so dry ready to snap she couldn’t cut it so around the bottom asked how to cut my fringe as everyone started to go home I said shall I pay £128 I came back and had seen enough it was a mess I said your closing I best go I knew I needed to get home and do something to sort it I walked through town with a dried Fringe and got home the family took one look and laughed I spent the night conditioning and cut the front good job I had been a hairdresser for years I staid of work the next day as it was snapped and all very Grey looking so bad no darker ones to see I thought I would wait for a follow up call from a manager to see the outcome but didn’t receive one this has been a nightmare and I did my own hair during lockdown better but needed darker ones in I’ll never be back and now I am stuck with this until I get it in condition then go to another company to try and sort it out
What can I say apart from a disgusting service to a loyal customer and a rushed unprofessional service I don’t hold any hope for this company and will never be back I have sent many customers there over the years as I work in the beauty industry and see so many I have told people regarding this as they have asked what has happened to my hair they can’t believe this service , I love my hair done and don’t mind paying for what I find worth it I have never had hair this bad 😭😞

Bad experience

I paid twice for the same order and it still told me that there was an error and the payment did not go through. I had not realised that I paid twice until I checked my account balance. I did not get ANY confirmation email and my basket was still full. It froze my money for 3 days and then it came back to me... Luckily
