The company has provided amazing service. They are quick to scan my incoming post and notify me by email. If I have any queries they are very quick to respond. I always get a response within 24 hours and most of the time even quicker.

Asked for prices - response from this site was to say that prices are only available after 'purchase'. No way I am going to pay for anything even if only one element of the package is not priced beforehand. Actually I only needed the Reg. address' service so I chose one of the offices at random. So unless I missed something this is it. Readers can judge for themselves whether one needs to rent an office first before making use of the services.

Revised posting on 17 Nov 22 - these comments below relate to what I have seen on a second review So - I have reviewed the site and I see that the prices are now published on the first page of their website. So either they have published the prices upfront now or I have missed out on the prices on the first reading, very unlikely but everything is possible since I normally read at high speed, though I recall doing what I thought was a good search. Never mind.
However, too much hassle in keeping track of events and options now.

I was registered with a different company who offers
a Reg. Address in London + official mail scanned and emailed for free - and they look reputable enough by using the latest techonlogy in ID verification. So I am happy enough.

In fairness to Registered Address Ltd, I have changed my 1* to 3* and qualified the previous header accordingly.modified then preceding heading accordingly. Still up to the reader to judge overall performance by this site though, as always.

P.S @We have made it very clear in our communications that we can not approve an account if our Anti-Money Laundering team deem the ID/Address documents to have been altered.@- I think you lie and manipulate all time with my notary address proff with stamp, may be official notary confirmed and done stamp on address proff on un-real official address proffs. And you again lie and forgote about you confirmed my address proffs in first and wrote as send test letter to my address if this not lie again.

Problem with this company will do it to uk court, i saw many real negative reviews about this company and all with company lie, problems, manipulation and lost paid letters.

I think my experience with this company can be summed up by the email exchange I had shortly after signing up, with their Head of Customer Relations.

I receive from him a fairly earnest request for feedback in what appears to be a genuine desire to listen to customers and improve. I take time out of my day to respond with some constructive feedback about the clarity of their pricing... and I receive a snotty self-satisfied one-liner in response.

As for the pricing clarity, after paying £100+VAT for them to forward the one annual HMRC letter to my home address, and £14.95+VAT for useless credits, I find out there's an additional £15+VAT charge to keep your address up to date (a.k.a. the entire purpose of the underlying service). Each forward will also come with an unsolicited advert to pay an additional £25+VAT for scanning services.

I'm sure the company's response to this review will be to lament the costs they incur in providing these complex services. Surely providing the online dashboard isn't free for them either, so why not charge £10+VAT for each login?
