We always notify clients via email for each letter that arrives. However, as the email address on the account was given to us incorrectly and was not updated on your end, you were unable to receive these emails.
I understand this resulted in enforcement agents enquiring about your company's debt at our address, which then led to the termination of your services with us.
We ensure clients are always kept in the loop, whether an account is in goodstanding or otherwise, and hope our other reviews of fast support/communication justifies this.
