The company charged me $129.00 for a virtual office I never used. I tried to cancel, but they did not accept it. They said it is a 24-month agreement. I have paid for almost 1 year, and now I am charged 198 per month.
They never gave me a copy of the agreement. They said I signed it online. This is misleading as the agreement is in reality for 2 years. It may induce you to error. They say you can download on their portal, but it couldn't be far from the truth - the whole process is set up to trap you in their scam membership.

I’m very sorry to hear your disappointment but we do not operate a “scam”.
Transparency is key to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any issues have been clarified before an agreement is signed. These details also include the duration of your term with us. As you selected a longer duration, you benefit from a more interesting monthly fee.
Please note that you can check your agreement, meeting room bookings and other services through your online account. Simply go to our website and log into your account. From there you can also check payments and download your invoices.
Ending your membership is a simple process: you can log into your Regus account (myregus.com) and click on My Account > Products and services > Select product line > End Agreement.
Your termination will be automatically confirmed by email.

Hi Joseph,
I’m so sorry for your disappointment.
All our agreements end when due and the customers should confirm it online according to its notice period. Your current agreement will expire on 30 June 2024, and it is a formal business commitment. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date.
