Good communications and support, very consistant.

The front staff are very helpful and a delight to work with . Love the location , nice to have options outside of the core .

Overall the facility is very nice. It's visually pleasing and well taken care of. The team at the front are knowledgeable, kind and professional and the common space is lovely. My only complaint is with how poorly the offices are sound-proofed. It's a drop ceiling, and the walls do not go all the way to the actual ceiling, so there very little sound privacy. If there are people in the offices next to me I can hear every word they say, and I'm sure they can hear me, so for privacy or confidentiality, that is a concern. There was a therapy session or something going on across the hall from me, and someone was screaming/crying for over 5 minutes. If I had been on a phone call, the other person on the line would have been able to hear, and that's with both doors shut. I asked when viewing the offices if they were decent for soundproofing and was told yes, but clearly that was a lie, and I'm really disappointed. When I explained the situation, the only options I received were to move into a different office, (for more money) which obviously wouldn't change anything as they're all the same, or to use a white noise machine in my office to drown out the other people. If I had known how loud it was going to be, I probably wouldn't have chosen to rent this space. I strongly recommend Regus invests in better ceiling tiles that have some noise muffling, or take that into account when doing the office build-out on future locations. The sound privacy is truly not much better than an open cubical. The space is really nice though, so a tiny improvement could make such a difference for renters.

Room was clean, spacious and suitable for meeting. The staff made us feel comfortable and looked after us very well.

The staff are your best asset, the kitchen facilities are great, and the lobby area is adequate.
