Deposit money has not been returned 8 weeks after the end of the contract
Contract ended 31st October. Under their contract terms, the deposit would be returned within 30 days. That date came and went, and they then promised it would be returned on the 22nd December. We are now on the 28th December with no deposit - 8 weeks on. Regus where is my deposit money?
EDIT: in response to the Regus reply below - the deposit was requested as per the correct online process well in advance of the end of the contract. It is now January 3rd - the deposit has still not been paid
