🚨 WARNING: REGUS IS STEALING FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS.

My office contract over ENDED and EXPIRED over 30 days ago on 8/31. We moved out, and even received written confirmation that everything was closed.

Yet here we are — Regus still has my $3,523 retainer refund, and I’ve been given nothing but silence and runaround.

I’ve emailed. I’ve called. I’ve been patient.
They’re quick to take your money but vanish the second it’s time to return it.

What’s worse? Instead of fixing the problem, Regus spends their time begging customers to take down bad reviews — desperate to hide the truth instead of earning trust.

This company doesn’t care about integrity or customer relationships — only optics and damage control.

The refund delays, the shady billing, the lack of accountability — it’s all part of a system built to drain small business owners dry.

I’ve worked with countless office providers across the U.S., and none have treated clients with this level of disrespect, dishonesty, and greed.

Regus is not a workspace provider — it’s a corporate scam hiding behind a polished logo.

If you value your time, money, or peace of mind — run the other way.

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! And to top it all off they will charge you for miscellaneous items WELL AFTER VACATING YOUR LEASE. STAY FAR AWAY.

BEWARE** **STAY AWAY** If you value your sanity, stay as far away from Regus as humanly possible.

Since signing my 6 month agreement, it’s been five straight months of billing nightmares:
• Month 1: Wrong amount on the very first invoice. Was told office renovation would be complete 2 months into the agreement.
• Month 2: Double-billed and charged for items I never used
• Month 3: Promised credits… did not showed up until after I get a late fee added onto the invoice
• Month 4: Every single invoice full of errors.
• Month 5: They just hit me a $1,800 “restoration fee” out of thin air. 30 days before vacancy. Keep in mind the office floor at this point is still not fully renovated.

No explanations. No accountability. Just garbage invoices, wasted hours, and constant stress.

The amount of hours I’ve spent dealing Regus invoices instead of operating my business is ridiculous

This company is a scam disguised as an office. If you’re thinking about signing with Regus, RUN.
