V reguse som bola členom tento rok

V reguse som bola členom tento rok, akonáhle som cez systém zmluvu vypovedala boli mi z uctu stiahnuté 3 platby, o ktoré som viackrát žiadala spat no ani po vyše 3 mesiacoch mi moje peniaze neboli vrátené. Nikto sa mi z ich strany neozval. Veľmi nekorektný a neprofesionálny spôsob podnikania. Už nikdy viac.

mrzí ma, že si nespokojná.
Chápem, že čakáš na vrátenie preplatku na tvojom účte.
Jeden z členov môjho tímu ťa už skôr kontaktoval a požiadal ťa o údaje o tvojom bankovom účte, keďže sme nemohli vrátiť platbu na pôvodnú platobnú kartu, ktorú si použila, ale nedostali sme od teba odpoveď, čo nám zabránilo spracovať vrátenie platby.
Teraz sme ťa opäť kontaktovali s tou istou žiadosťou. Prosím, poskytni nám požadované údaje o bankovom účte, aby sme mohli tvoje vrátenie peňazí spracovať prioritne.

Burokratisch und teuer

I rented an office for one month. Everything was discussed in advance with a sales manager, and when I started, I immediately received an invoice. I thought it was a mistake and spent several weeks (!) dealing with different contacts (what bureaucracy!) to find out why, according to the system, I still had an outstanding invoice.

Then, in the last week I was there, I was informed that the invoice I had received was for additional charges, including more than €200 for cleaning the office after I moved out, on top of the rental costs and the deposit. It didn’t matter that I had only used the office for one month, everyone is charged the same amount.

I spend a lot of time in co-working spaces and everything is charged (including scanning).

Everything is also very impersonal. No conversations in the coffee kitchen or anything like that.

Very disappointing. I will never use Regus again.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
The details of the charges and services are outlined in our agreement, and we bill our customers accordingly.
We bill in advance, and our invoices are made up of two different types of charges: 
Recurring charges like your monthly office fee, parking, signage…  These are billed in advance. 
One-time charges like meeting rooms, photocopies, admin support…  These are billed in arrears. 
All your invoices are available in your online account (section under My Account > Billing and payments) and are payable upon receipt, but no later than the 15th day of each month. Currently, there is no outstanding balance in your account.
The office restoration service is a part of your agreement. We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors, such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. 
We do the same with each customer. On behalf of your centre team, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you. This fee is valid and payable.
