Terrible service
PSD pays a premium for an office with a view, however it's been 2 1/2 years since the windows have been washed. My current view is bird droppings. This issue with has been raised by my myself and the neighbors. It's absolutely unacceptable. Further due to my office being the back corner, the hvac system does not work. This lead me to purchase heaters for the winter and fans for the summer. I have continued to raise this concerns with the Officer manager, who continues to express frustration with the lack of support from corporate. As PSD has 4 office leases across North America we are considering canceling all leases, due to lack of support

Please accept our sincere apologies for this, the maintenance of our facilities is very important and we can assure you of our highest standards.
The landlord of the property is responsible for cleaning external windows, after reading your review we immediately actioned this and can confirm that they will be cleaned today.
We are aware of the problem with the AC, spare parts are already on order and will be fitted as soon as they arrive.
