12/13/23 This company stolen money from my credit card that I did not give out never even heard of this company until yesterday when I saw a charge on my credit card I have tried to contact them but no response does anyone know a email or number I can contact? Thank you

It is important to highlight that we cannot take unauthorized payments from a customer who has not signed an agreement with us, it is illegal and impossible. Customers add their payment details themselves online and provide authorization at this stage. It is impossible for us to know your payment details unless you provide them.
We do have a correct channel of support to assist our customer’s queries and concerns. Our customers can contact our account helpdesk team via their online account (myregus.com) ‘Help’ section and they will assist via email. This is to ensure that our customers get a quick response and assistance efficiently.
