Nice location. Sales Pitch didn't match result
PROS
Building is Great
Friendly, motivated (but limited) staff
Great brewery restarant in same lot
Shower room (never used, but looks top notch)
Lots of parking

Unexpected exit costs, $100 plus a month to forward mail
Sales pitch does not match deliver, expect a lot less
Anything they say will will do, that is not in your legal agreement, they will not do or will not do well. They are all legal after the friendly sales tour.
Some equipment/processes did not work well.
BIG PROBLEM: Primary need was fulfilling the federal requirement for a separate workspace. Sales was so very clear how well they handle that and help respond. The reality was they said later their email reply was the ONLY documentation I would get and they refused to sign a copy of their own rental agreement, as required by the feds. After many rounds they provided a poor crooked print out with a mangled version of the office space. Eventually I took pictures of the space and sent them to the feds, but this was insane. They can not print a professional lease and sign it. Basically, makes sales a liar.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
I coordinated this with your centre team who confirmed that they have already provided a copy of the countersigned service agreement to you; the agreement has already ended, and you have signed a virtual office agreement now.
Our virtual office customers are required to subscribe to our mail-handling service. We provide 3 flexible mail-handling options to meet your business needs at an affordable rate:
• Store and Collect - Store your mail safely to collect at your convenience.
• Monthly mail forwarding
• Weekly mail forwarding
However, you wanted your centre team to use your prepaid FedEx envelopes to forward your mail via the post office. Since our mail handling service doesn’t go through post offices, your centre team offered to forward your mail using your prepaid FedEx envelopes via our postal service provider and you will be charged a weekly mail forwarding fee of 30.00 USD, not 112.00 USD.
The office restoration service is a part of your agreement. We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer. The fee charged is 45.00 USD, not 65.00 USD. This issue has been resolved positively as confirmed by my team member to you.
The Scanning service is no longer available in our centres. Your concerns related to the paper cutter and the centre team have already been addressed.
