Failed to fix problem
My published business phone number is not working i have asked twice for the to be fixed and have not received a response and clients can use that number to reach me. In my last request using the app help window i even uploaded an image of my business card to show the phone number i use at 50 California Street and did not get a help desk response.

You requested to downgrade at the end of your renewal which we were in the process of completing. However, it appears you also signed for a second service online, meaning you’re now receiving duplicate charges.
