Despite claiming my deposit through…
Despite claiming my deposit through their app, I am still yet to receive this. I have contacted the Colombo team on multiple occasions to find out what’s happened. I was also charged for a week of coffees which I didn’t use and was promised a refund. Neither have been refunded.

We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly and have taken measures to make the process as smooth as possible for our customers.
Upon checking, the retainer refund was not processed as it required supporting documents to process the refund to your foreign bank account.
A member of our team has already been in touch with you on this. The retainer refund will be processed as soon as possible, and you will be notified.
As part of our customer policy, we provide quality teas, coffee, milk, sugar, glassware and cutlery to all customers that they can enjoy along with their guests. If for any reason you don’t require this service, you can opt-out at any time by logging onto your online account. We confirm that the coffee and tea services have been removed from your account and the charges have been credited to you.
