Friendly staff who are always available, and clean workspace

Profesionlism and support of the reception staff and managers on site

Avoid at all times....

A decision was made by management that enough is enough and thus we decided to end our agreement with Regus on the 29th August putting an end to their unethical behavior. All of our paper formalities were complete including the refund of our retainer and email acknowledgment was sent by Regus themselves. We were told it will take up to two (2) months prior for the retainer amount to be released. After several follow-ups, and exchange in emails, Regus have decided to ignore our email park us on the side. We sent several follow-ups without any success.

We are still waiting to date for our retainer to be released and they still haven't given us any justification for the delay.

It seems that drama associated with Regus will continue to chase their customers even after cutting ties with them. What a experience.

The valuable advise here is to keep away from them.
