The Jupiter location was terrible. I scheduled a meeting there for yesterday and when I arrived the air conditioner was not working. It was not a recent issue because they had fans set up in various rooms. Nobody contacted me to let me know. The person at the front desk was not at all nice. I told her you really should have contacted me to let me know the air is broken. She did not respond to me at all. I asked if there was a room available that had any air and she moved us to this small room with a desk. Cooler than death heat but not cool. We completed the uncomfortable meeting and left and Regus just charged me the full price of a meeting room. I would find any other place to meet clients than this location.

Very happy with the service levels. The key for Regus is the front office and at Regus at Gront street in Jupiter are first rate. It all depends on which office one goes to and how focused the front staff are on service.

I use the Jupiter Regus office to house my family office. It is an attractive, well run facility and the office managers are top notch. Location is safe and convenient, with attached covered parking and security. Guests are greeted professionally, mail/packages received and delivered to office, kitchen and common areas kept immaculate. One Regus feature I use often is conference or meeting rooms in cities I travel to. Easier than setting up a hotel conference room, and all the amenities of an office.
