Unprofessional Service at Regus Frankfurt AOC: A Cautionary Experience
We were clients of Regus Frankfurt AOC, and their service was very unprofessional and poor. I do not recommend them to anyone. Our mail was scanned weeks late, and they promised to send all correspondence by post, but they never did. The only way to get a response from them was by withholding payment—only then did they start communicating and addressing the issues.
We switched partners because they consistently failed to respond to our emails, even when we complained about mail not being forwarded on time. When calling their office, there were many instances when no one answered. We escalated the issues, but no solutions were provided.

I’m so sorry for your disappointment.
I coordinated this matter with your centre team who explained that the mail forwarding service was stopped whenever your account was suspended due to non-payment. The service was resumed once the account was reinstated. The service is currently active, and your mail is being forwarded to you promptly.
Your centre team also confirmed that they have already addressed this matter with you a few times.
