I regret to share that my experience with Regus Glyfada (Labraki), Athens has been disappointing from both contractual and billing perspectives. Although a clear fee was agreed, invoices repeatedly reflected higher amounts without any written amendment, prior notice, or consent. Each time, I have had to request corrections, and proper rectifications or reimbursements have not been handled in a timely manner. From the outset, no invoice has been issued accurately. Communication and responsiveness have also fallen below reasonable professional standards. I hope this will be resolved promptly, and I strongly encourage prospective clients to review contractual terms carefully and monitor invoicing closely.

Transparency is important to us, and we aim to ensure that all services and related fees are clearly outlined from the outset.
From our records, the Legal Address service is listed separately, as it is an optional add-on to the Virtual Office package.
When a company is registered using a Regus address as its official legal address, the corresponding monthly fee applies for the authorised use of that address and the associated administrative support. This is itemised on invoices for clarity.
