Billing department the worst ever…
Your billing department is the worst thing i ever experience... i received this message thanking me for recent purchase while i had done nothing in the system, then on thursday sept 29th i cancel it in the system, regardless one week later i received an email thanking me for renewing the contract. I know now the location is taking care but just is anoying all what happens with Regus... is a headache... i still havent received invoices for April 2023 and July 2023 is just incredible!!!

I’m so sorry for your disappointment.
Your centre team has confirmed that they helped you end your agreement online on 29th September 2023, but it was not captured in our system. Due to this, your agreement is has automatically renewed for another term.
This issue is resolved now, and your agreement has been ended with the end date of 31 December 2023.
As you have mentioned, your centre team is currently working on correcting your invoices as per your requirements. You will be notified by them once corrected. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
