Highly recommend
I have been based at Regus Stokenchurch for almost a year now in a private office and its been a great experience. The co-working area is spacious and well equipped and the facilities throughout the centre are well maintained, clean and modern.
A special mention goes to Kirsty and Melissa, they truly go above and beyond on a daily basis. They are a brilliant team, very approachable and helpful.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for flexible, professional workspace.

Issue resolution process issues - poor customer treatment
Following a late payment issue Regus imposed a charge on us. The late payment problem was not of our causing but a problem in the Regus process.
The local centre manager (in Stokenchurch) & her manager agreed that the problem should not have happened and appologised for the confusion.
Yet the situation was not resolved by Regus as promised and we were chased for this payment (of less than £64!).
The chasing was accompanied by threats to call in debt collection services! Related contact number lead to a recorded message purely for Regus customers and tells you to log a ticket online, and then cuts you off.
We were long standing Regus customers but chose not to renew due to our treatment. It seemed Regus would rather lose a customer than resolve a small payment issue of their causing.

The late payment fee was triggered by the outstanding balance of your account, which was not paid by the due date.

They auto re-new my subscription with…
They auto re-new my subscription with higher prices and new end date. They charge me without notification, they create bills for late payments and they threaten me to charge all the incoming months and sue me.
Stay away from them for your own mental safety.

Hi Firat, I’m sorry you felt the need to escalate this.
We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront.
Prior to any renewal, our customers receive courtesy email reminders.
According to our history, you received one of these emails on 10 March 2023 with detailed information on prices, terms and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services.
This was sent to the email address we have on file, which you can review and amend at any time by logging in to your account online (i.e., MyRegus.com).
Once your agreement with us has been renewed, we confirm it via email.
You ended your agreement through your online account on 05 June; this was long after it had renewed, and too late to make any changes.
We do not charge people without notification; our invoices are raised on the last day on the month with a due date of the 15th of the following month when payment is charged to your chosen payment method.
I’ve reviewed your account and see that there are many invoices pending payment, because of this late payment fees have been correctly applied to the account.
We apologise if any collections correspondence has offended you, this is certainly not our intention. We greatly value your business and want to maintain a positive working relationship with you. However, the current payment situation needs to be resolved.
A member of my team has contacted you directly to further clarify this for you and I politely remind you that you are able to view and pay your invoices through your online account (myregus.com).
