service is hit and miss
Over the past few years, Regus has limited the options for lease packages available to tenants, locking them into services they don't need or excluding services they could use.
At this particular center, which now has only 1 Regus employee on site, services we pay for are not always provided (i.e. mail being sent out weekly). And call answering is all off-site, which is frustrating because whoever is answering my phone knows nothing about me or my business.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
Due to the holiday season and reduced staffing levels, your mail was not forwarded weekly in December 2025. This has been escalated to your centre team, who confirmed that the pending mail was handed over to you, and the weekly mail forwarding has resumed for your account.
To better support our customers and adapt to changing business needs, enhancements have been made to the call answering service, and the updated process is now in place to improve overall responsiveness and consistency.
