Dear Sir or Madam,

As a matter of the fact that I have to admit and say that Mr. Ugur, who is working at MASLAK UNIQ Regus office is an amazing person to work like a team and helping at all time. He is a totally customer maniac to serve by all means.

One thing, I hate about is increase of the rental cost. This year REGUS want to increase 85%. But Inflation in Turkiye is 44%. It is unfair and I have to say that one day , I have to move. There is no choice for me.

RETAINER MONEY NOT BEING REFUNDED

It has been more than 2 months I have not received my retainer back, I have all the proofs, answers from your representatives, I have my identity, account number is 13470998, I will be contacting legal authorities for a solution as you just play around.

I have always paid the receipts even before deadline, and now see what I'm experiencing. This is not over I'm informing you. I have 4 years of experience as an investment consultant, and I know very well how deposits and refunds occur, you are not professional and even I have an ongoing virtual office contract still gonna go on for some months, I will not continue with you. However, I don't think if you will ever care a feedback of a customer.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
We understand how important your return of retainer is and our standard timeline has not been met on this occasion. For this, we deeply apologise.
Due to an unforeseen issue with your payment, it will have to be rerun which has caused this delay.
Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. Once we reprocess your refund you will receive a correspondence letting you know that the payment processed successfully.
