We've been a customer for 10 years, and a minimum 80% increase in contract renewal doesn't seem feasible in these economic conditions. Therefore, it seems we won't be renewing either.
Operational issues take time to resolve. Air conditioning malfunctions can take months in both summer and winter.
Internet service is intermittently intermittent. You're renting a meeting room and the internet goes out. What explanation can you give your customers?
