I am very happy with the REGUS offices in Jakarta and Bali, Indonesia. The offices are clean, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I can confidently say that the products, services, and overall ambiance are very satisfying.
First I have to highlight that the receptionist are very friendly, however:
- the air in the room which we rent feels very dirty. Maybe the a/c has not been cleaned
- the carpet is very dusty and not vacuumed and cleaned.
- the table is also dusty and not clean
- overall the rooms need to be disinfected
