No transparency on back charges for parking. We were charged for parking we did not make use of. Asked for breakdown on charges to be sent to me but still nothing. I was not even formally allocated parking.
Also till today I did not receive my access token and all. Does not make sense. Been asking about it but I am always advised you guys are still busy. Two months straight.

Hi Mike,
I’m sorry you felt the need to escalate this.
The parking charges you refer to are correct and in line with the period in which you requested your parking space.
Although you may have not used the space, it has been made available to you throughout this time.
Your centre team have provided a breakdown of your charges and attempted to reach you on several occasions to organise your access fob, but you have been unresponsive.
Your local team lead has also been attempting to reach you to discuss this further, but she has been unable to contact you.
We ask that you please engage with your centre team or team lead so that we can organise the collection of your fob and clarify your charges once again.
