The billing issue is getting worse day…
The billing issue is getting worse day by day. Even after payment we are getting notices with intimidating words to drag us to court for not oustanding payments. And this did not happened for a month it repetative. Even after sharing the details with location co odinatator, it did not work. Absolute harrasment is going on. Please note if this harrasment continues not only will we discontinue the service with Regus, but would take legal course as well.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
The payment reminder was sent to you since the November invoice remained unpaid in your account. Although you have paid it, the payment was not allocated since the related proof of payment was not uploaded to your online account (myregus.com).
The issue is resolved now, and the payment is allocated to your account. Please upload the proof of payment to your online account under the ‘Billing and payments > Upload financial documentation’ section when settling invoices to prevent further payment reminders and to ensure timely allocation of the payment.
