Regus provides a comfortable environment at Askri Tower.

I have been here since 2024. While not everything is perfect, the overall experience has been positive because the team is very supportive and cooperative. Kamran and Mahnoor, in particular, have been very helpful and supportive throughout the time here.

The cleaning services are satisfactory and can still be improved in some areas. Security arrangements are very good and provide a safe environment. Internet service is reliable and works well for daily needs. Kitchen services are decent, though there is room for improvement in quality, consistency, grocery management, and kitchen-related tasks.

One of the best things is the light backup and UPS/generator system, which is highly reliable and ensures smooth operations during power outages.

Overall, Regus provides a comfortable and professional working environment at Askari Tower, and the supportive staff makes the experience much better.

The lady responsible Regus Askari…

The experience at Regus Askari the worst ever at co-office space!

The responsible person's behavior at Askari Regus is very rude and pathetic.

There is no any person at reception. It's empty reception.

The Invoice are generated wrongly and asked to pay extra money. The sales staff made many commitment at agreement sign but later things change without our notice.

The cleaning of offices are not done. We have to chase them to clean the offices. The maintenance is never been done even after so many reminders. Meeting rooms LCDs are out of order and never been replaced.

Your centre team are onsite during business hours but please be aware that they can often be away from the front desk carrying essential tasks and helping customers.
Thank you for raising this concern. At Regus the maintenance and cleaning of our facilities are very important, and we can assure you of our highest standards.
The centre did experience supply chain issues which had a negative impact on the usual levels, and we apologise for this, but this has now been resolved, and the required standards are being met again.

Poor Service & Unresolved Facility Issues for Almost a Year

Our company has been a tenant at the Regus office in Askari Tower, Gulberg 3, Lahore, and unfortunately, the service quality has been consistently disappointing.

For almost the past year, basic amenities such as tea and coffee have frequently been unavailable. On days they are provided, the quality is poor and the quantity is insufficient for the number of clients. Despite repeated complaints to local management, no lasting solution has been implemented.

Regus markets itself as a premium workspace provider, but the ongoing neglect of such basic facilities raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer satisfaction. We hope the central Regus management will take notice and address these long-standing issues promptly.
