Hi Simon,
I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
The details of all charges and services are outlined in your agreement and we have billed you accordingly. I understand that you were unhappy with the office restoration service fee. We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement.
Your centre team confirmed that the aircon was repaired and functioning now. You were also provided with an alternative office until the repair was completed.
Regarding the internet issue, your centre escalated it to our IT team, as you reported poor connectivity in your office. However, our IT team was unable to assist further due to a lack of response from you when they requested feedback.
Your centre team clarified that they have always addressed and assisted you with your concerns promptly. Should you need further assistance, please contact them directly.
