I had an viewing appointment in Enfield on the 5.12.23 at 5.30 got the email to confirm rushed here straight after work was suppose to meet a Lucas after almost 20mins of waiting and calling customer services Lucas called me and stated he is nowhere near the building. I ask to complain and the customer advisor hung up the phone stating they dont get much complaints. I was ready to view and sign glad I didnt horrible experience and a waste of time!
