Ideal setting for a private meeting. Very clean and bright surroundings. Above all, the staff were so helpful and accommodating, they could not have done more for us.

I still have not received my deposit, it is now over the 5-7 working days from the 8th of June when you said it would be posted. The company name was Intouch Kent Ltd..
As for your other points.
1/ The knife incident was reported and laughed off as nothing serious happened and nobody was hurt, I find it very strange that you have no report of it
2/ The toilets need to be addressed more than once a day with 70 people working on that floor, you have 2 toilets available, they are disgusting
3/ Your say we were happy with people making calls outside the room all day, no we were not and complained time after time, all that was done was a e mail sent round saying don't do it, so please do not say we were happy .. we moved and that was one of the reasons..
So with the deposit
Lets look at the facts,

Left 28th April
Deposit requested 12th April on ap
Deposit was due 1st June.
You tell me this was not processed at bank till 8th of June and it will take 5-7 days... well is the 19th of June today, I still don't have it thats 8 working days in my books...and its amazing that you can debit a card at will and get an instant payment, yet you bank with the only bank in the world that takes 7 working days to process a payment.

We’re sorry that you’ve left us feeling frustrating.
At Regus the maintenance of our facilities is very important and we can assure you of our highest standards.
The toilets are cleaned every day. Whilst we cannot be responsible for how other customers might use the space, we take great care to carefully monitor it.
Your feedback regarding the knife incident are certainly concerning and should have been addressed but we have no records of you sharing this with us at the time; we certainly would have handled this with urgency if we were aware.
We recognise that some customers were making calls in the hallways. Again, this was not our actions but we reminded all the customers and it improved. You were happy with this then so its surprising you’re now using it against us.
I understand that the cause of your complaint now is your retainer refund. We are very sorry to confirm the delay in repayment of your retainer. The payment was confirmed in early June but has rejected, the precise reason for that isn’t known.
This is an exceptional situation and our finance teams are working alongside our IT team and bank to resolve urgently.
I truly appreciate that this is unsatisfactory and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We will be reprocessing payments as soon as we can and will confirm back to you.
