Poor
The service has slowly diminished over the years. Recently the turnover of office managers has been so fast I can’t keep up. We have had no kitchen facilities or even a water machine in our floor for weeks and cleaning has been reduced to one day a week - a day was chosen for us when the office is occupied and unavailable for cleaning.

Deposit Not Returned!
I requested my deposit return on February 1, 2025, and to this day, I have not received my money. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have been completely ignored. No updates, no responses—just silence.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Holding onto customers' money without communication or resolution is highly unprofessional.
I hope this review warns others, and I will be taking further action to recover my funds.
